Get the inspection report items, or the list you keep meaning to get to, closed out by one crew. We work in Downers Grove every week.
Think of us as the crew for the list on the fridge. Drywall, doors, trim, pumps, grout, deck boards and fixtures are all fair game, and one crew does them together. Text photos of a few items and we can often price them from the pictures. Bring us a long list and we will walk the house, then hand you a written estimate with a price next to each line.
We reach Downers Grove on I-88 and I-355 and work across Ogden Avenue, Butterfield Road and the streets around Main Street and the Metra station. When a house is bought or sold, the home inspection report often becomes the repair list. We work straight from the report: the loose handrail, the missing outlet cover, the slow drip under the sink, the cracked caulk at the tub. Each item gets its own price, so whoever is paying can see exactly what each fix costs.

We price and fix the repair items a home inspector writes up, line by line.
Loose railings get anchored again, and squeaky or split treads get secured or replaced.
Holes, cracks and nail pops get patched, textured to match and primed.
We adjust, plane or rehang doors and reset strikes so they close and stay closed.
Light fixtures, faucets and toilets get repaired or swapped, with new supply lines where needed.
Soft window trim, fascia and corner boards get replaced, primed and caulked.
Send the report or your own list, plus photos if you have them. For a handful of items we may be able to price from the pictures, and for more, we schedule a free visit and write a line-by-line estimate. Hidden damage behind a repair is priced in writing and approved by you before we fix it. We agree on the work days, protect the house while we are in it, and close out with a walkthrough so every line gets checked.
