We price floor coatings at $8.50 per square foot with a $2,000 minimum, and we write it down after measuring your floor. That rate is for a full polyaspartic flake system put down by our MK Concrete Coatings crew, not a paint-on product. The slab gets a diamond grind and crack and pit repair, then a moisture vapor barrier epoxy base with flake broadcast into it to full refusal. After the base cures we scrape it and finish with a polyaspartic top coat that resists hot tires, road salt and UV.

Garages in Will County take road salt and brine all winter, and that is where weaker floors show their age first, at the door and under the tires. We would rather quote you a floor that holds up than a lower number on a system that skips the vapor barrier.
