Sheen matters as much as color: flat hides flaws on ceilings, hallways, kitchens and kids' rooms do better with a washable eggshell or satin, and trim and doors get a harder enamel. Every job starts with patching, sanding, caulking and priming, and we mask and cover so the only thing that changes is the paint. Rotted exterior trim gets replaced before anything is painted.

You get a free on-site estimate, written out with every room or exterior surface, the prep, the products and the number of coats. We confirm colors and sheens with you before the first day, and we book around the days we said. If something extra comes up, like a cracked seam that needs retaping or a rotted sill, we price it in writing and wait for your approval. On the last day we walk it with you and fix anything you see.
