Get a sealed flake floor in your Crest Hill garage with a clear plan for where the cars go and when they come back.
Our MK Concrete Coatings crew installs a polyaspartic flake system that takes more than a day, so we plan it with you up front. The slab gets diamond ground, never acid etched, and every crack and pit is repaired. An epoxy base goes down as a moisture vapor barrier, flake is broadcast into it to full refusal, and the cured base is scraped clean. The polyaspartic top coat over it resists hot tires, road salt and UV.
Crest Hill is on our regular route on Route 30, Route 53, Weber Road and Caton Farm Road, with I-55 to the west. Garages here take road salt and brine all winter, so it pays to have the floor done and cured before the cars need to be inside. The garage needs to be cleared for the install, the cars stay out until 72 hours after the top coat, and you can walk on it after 24. We put those days on the estimate so you can plan driveway parking and where the bikes and bins go.

You know which days the garage is closed and when the car can come back.
We open the slab mechanically for a clean, even bond.
Filled and ground flat so they do not show through the finished floor.
The epoxy base that keeps ground moisture from pushing the coating off.
Broadcast until the base is full, then scraped and cleaned after cure.
Sealed against road salt, hot tires and UV for daily parking.
We set a free estimate at the house, measure the floor and bring cured flake samples so you can pick the blend in person. The written estimate shows $8.50 per square foot with a $2,000 minimum and lists the install days. If the grind uncovers damage, we price the repair in writing and wait for your okay. We book around the days we said and walk the floor with you before we leave.
Tell us which days the garage can be out of use. Call or text (815) 585-1750 and we will build the estimate around them.
