Call or text us 24/7 at (815) 585-1750. When one room of your Rolling Meadows home burns and the rest takes the smoke, we rebuild that room and clean the others.
A fire that stays in one room still spreads soot and odor through the house. We start by removing the burned materials from that room and hauling them away. Every other room gets its soot cleaned off, with HEPA air scrubbers running during the work. We take out porous materials that absorbed the smell, seal what stays, dry out the water from firefighting and then rebuild.
Rolling Meadows is on our regular route up Route 53, with Golf Road, Kirchoff Road and Algonquin Road getting us around town in Cook County. If a candle, space heater or lamp started the fire in a bedroom, that room may need to go back to the studs while the hallway and the rest of the house only need cleaning and sealing. We write the estimate room by room, marking which rooms are a rebuild and which are a cleaning, so your adjuster can follow it. That way no room the smoke reached gets left off the scope.

Each room is marked as a rebuild, a cleaning or both, with photos to back it up.
We take the drywall, insulation, flooring and trim in the burned room down to the framing.
The walls, ceilings, doors and trim in the other rooms get cleaned of soot.
They run while the soot is cleaned so it does not land in rooms we already finished.
Exposed framing in the burned room gets an odor-blocking primer before we rebuild.
We dry the hose water with daily readings, then rebuild the burned room to match the rest.
We walk every room, photograph it and write the estimate line by line in the pricing format carriers use, split by room. You see the daily equipment rates in writing before setup, and the equipment comes out when the readings show dry. If the adjuster wants to walk it, we meet them at the house, and anything extra we find is priced for your written approval first. The rebuild goes on the calendar once the scope is approved, and we close with a walkthrough.
