Text a photo of the leak to (815) 585-1750, any hour, and get a straight read on what your Channahon house needs. We dry it out first and then rebuild the floors and walls that got wet.
When a supply line splits or a dishwasher leaks overnight, the job is to remove the water, dry what can be saved and replace what cannot. Our crew starts with extraction, then sets dehumidifiers and air movers and checks them every day until the readings come back dry. ONIT Solutions does the mitigation and the rebuild under one company, so the rebuild estimate is written from the drying records instead of starting over.
Channahon is on our regular route, off I-55 and I-80 for us, with Route 6 running through town. The Des Plaines and DuPage rivers, Channahon State Park and the I&M Canal are part of the landscape here, but the leaks we dry out start inside the house, at a washer hose, a water heater tank or a fridge line. If your main floor has laminate or vinyl plank, water slips through the seams and sits on the subfloor where you cannot see it. We pull planks where the readings tell us to, dry the subfloor underneath and lay new flooring to match as closely as the product allows.

We load the extraction gear, dehumidifiers and air movers your rooms need and dispatch as fast as we can.
Laminate and vinyl plank trap water underneath, so we lift the affected rows to reach the wet subfloor.
Air movers and dehumidifiers work on the exposed subfloor until its readings match dry material elsewhere in the house.
Furniture and belongings in the wet rooms are moved to a dry part of the house and set up off the floor.
Surfaces the water touched are treated with antimicrobial before the rebuild covers them.
We install new flooring, base and shoe once the subfloor is dry, matched to the rest of the room as closely as the product allows.
Our first visit is mostly measuring: photos, moisture readings and a written list of the equipment we plan to set, with its daily rate. You approve that before anything is plugged in. While the house dries, we build the repair estimate item by item, and that document goes to you as well as to your insurance company. Rebuild dates get booked once you sign off on the scope, anything unexpected behind a wall is priced and approved in writing first, and we walk the finished rooms with you at the end.
Our phone is answered day or night at (815) 585-1750, by call or text. A photo of the wet area tells us which equipment to load.
