Get the upstairs bathroom in your Clarendon Hills house rebuilt without worrying about the ceiling below, because the shower is water tested before a single tile goes on.
Our bathroom remodels run as one job with one crew: demolition, rough plumbing, wiring, framing repairs, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and paint. You do not have to line up a plumber and an electrician and hope they show up in the right order. We build every shower on a continuous waterproofing membrane, slope the floor to the drain, and fill it with water to check for leaks before tile starts. Tile and grout are the finish, not the barrier, and treating them that way is how a shower stays dry inside the wall.
Clarendon Hills is on our regular route, reached on Ogden Avenue, Route 83 and 55th Street, including the streets around the Metra station. It is a DuPage County village bordered by Hinsdale and Westmont. When a bathroom sits on the second floor, a failed shower pan shows up as a stain on the ceiling below, sometimes years later. That is why the flood test matters: we plug the drain, fill the pan, and let it sit before we tile. We also lay protection from the front door up the stairs and hang plastic at the bathroom door, so demo dust stays in the room it came from.

Plastic walls and covered stairs and halls keep dust inside the bathroom while the old tile and fixtures come out.
The sloped floor and membrane get filled with water and checked before tile, so a leak shows up on our watch and not on your ceiling.
A new shower valve, supply lines and drain, set in the right place for the new layout, with shutoffs you can reach.
Tile set flat on a prepared base, with movement joints at the corners and where the floor meets the wall.
A new toilet set on a fresh seal, and a vanity and top leveled and anchored with the faucet and drain connected.
The fan ducted outside, new lighting over the vanity, and GFCI protection on the bathroom outlets.
The first visit is free. We measure, check the floor for bounce, and look at the ceiling below for old water marks. You get a written scope that lists each trade and each fixture, so you know what is in the job and what is not. Anything hidden in the walls that changes the work gets priced on paper and waits for your yes. Demo starts after the materials arrive, and on the last day we test every fixture with you and leave the room clean.
